PG gold leaf applicator with cream for gripping the leaf

The applicator is a new innovative gilding tool from the PG brand. The applicator design allows you to take whole sheets or pieces of gold leaf quickly and easily. Its ease of use makes it ideal for both beginners and experienced craftsmen.

The applicator is available in 4 different sizes to apply leaf sizes:

- 8x8cm

- 9x9cm

- 14x14 cm

- 16x16 cm

The applicator comes in a cardboard box complete with oil to take the sheet. Before using the applicator, its suede part will need to be covered with this oil-cream. Smear the oil on the back of the hand, then, with a light touch of the applicator, evenly pass the entire surface of the applicator. Then collect the gold leaf. If it does not rise, repeat the procedure until the sheet is completely absorbed. It is important to know that the applicator requires a minimal amount of oil. Sheets can be taken from leaf booklets. To transfer the sheet to the prepared gilding surface, carefully lower the applicator by adjusting the pressure until it touches the surface. During use, do not allow the working part of the tool to come into contact with other surfaces to avoid contamination. When you're done, clean the applicator surface with a bristle brush and place it back in its box to keep it in great shape and keep it in top condition.
