THA 80 Gold Leaf Acrylic Paint, Water Based, PG

Water-based acrylic-urethane varnish, suitable for surface preparation before gilding and also ideal as an anti-abrasion finish for gilding.

THA -80 water-based acrylic varnish, PG group.

The glossy acrylic-urethane varnish is characterised as a professional material with high requirements. The varnish is a protective coating against sweat, resistant to mechanical and thermochemical stress, does not yellow and dries quickly.

Dilution: water.

Application: it is recommended to apply 1-2 layers, uniformly covering the surface, avoiding localised accumulations of material.

Drying: dust-free 30-60 minutes.

Cleaning of tools: water

I ordered several wooden boards to paint icons. Upon delivery, half of them showed scratches on the surface to be painted or saw marks on the side. The wooden boards are made without the care necessary for the production of works of art. Dal Molin has not had any hearing for my request for replacement of the unusable art supply nor for a refund saying that "these details have no importance". I do not recommend this business.

A company that is worth a visit for the wonderful and wide range of basic materials from shaped wooden boards, chalked, tools and colors: everything you need to create icons or pyrographic works. They have wonderful painted icons, books and also organize courses on the subject. Courteous, competent staff, generous with information and suggestions. Worth a visit.
